The policy of recruiting and protecting personal data

 

Dear applicant!

Evaluating your interest in applying for this vacant job position, we inform you that InfoSoft Management Services sh.p.k. is the Company authorized to provide services for the recruitment of candidates interested in being employed by InfoSoft Group Companies.

This Company assures every applicant that the data that arrives in its database is stored in accordance with the legislation in force and is committed to strictly implement the entire legal framework, in protection of the data submitted. More specifically, compliance with the obligations expressed in the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the Law in force (No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008) “On the Protection of Personal Data” as amended and the by-laws issued in its implementation.

 

Collection of personal data.

During the various processes related to recruitment, when you are contacted by the Company InfoSoft Management Services sh.p.k. or even when you yourself contact the Company to present your qualifications or preferences in relation to a position for which you want to apply, it may be necessary to provide personal data. In addition, you may also provide additional unsolicited information in the form of a CV/resume, references from previous employment or information on reference persons who may be contacted by the Company.

If you provide information about other persons, as referring individuals, you are responsible for the veracity of the information provided and obtaining any necessary consent from them in order for the Company to contact them to verify the information provided by you.

Based on your references, InfoSoft Management Services sh.p.k. may also collect information about you from third parties, but in any case, within the scope of recruitment, taking care not to collect and process unnecessary data, as determined by Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

 

Purpose of use of personal data.

With the desire to have a more efficient cooperation, we guarantee that the processing of your data will be done only for recruitment purposes at Infosoft Group companies, in order to evaluate the adaptation of your profile to the criteria of vacant positions.

The information you submit to InfoSoft Management Services sh.p.k. during the recruitment/employment process it can be used to contact and communicate with you, as well as for the general administration of the entire process, in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework, as well as the Company’s internal policies

If you are successful during the recruitment process and are employed, your personal data will be part of your file maintained by the employer and may be used for employment or work-related purposes.

 

Measures to guarantee security and maintain confidentiality.

In the capacity of controller and processor, we declare that we have taken the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from illegal and/or accidental destruction, loss, manipulation as well as their access or dissemination by unauthorized persons.

 

The right to request correction/change/deletion of personal data.

Referring to the legislation in force, dedicated to the protection of personal data, through a request sent by e-mail to the official address: humanresources@infosoftgroup.com.al, you have the right to request the correction/change or deletion of your data, which were voluntarily completed during the application for employment.

 

Data transfer.

By clicking on “Accept” you give your consent/approval to the processing of the data submitted by you in the employment application form and other stages of recruitment.

Also, by accepting data processing, we mean that your data can be transferred by InfoSoft Management Services sh.p.k. in another Company within the InfoSoft Group, which may express interest in your employment, based on the professional data you have sent (CV and qualifications, etc.), respecting in any case the legislation in force.

In this way, you give your consent/approval for this Company to process the submitted data and agree that you may be contacted by it for recruitment/employment purposes.

 

Personal data retention period.

Your data will be stored in our database until the purpose is achieved and will be considered for recruitment purposes, not only for current vacancies, but also for other employment opportunities that may arise in the future, in InfoSoft Group companies.
