The HR Marketing and PR Specialist at Infosoft Group plays a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s brand reputation and promoting it as the “best place to work.” This position is responsible for driving marketing and public relations strategies, both internally and externally, to strengthen the company’s brand image, engage with employees, and build relationships with universities. The role includes managing social media, job postings, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR marketing, PR, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and branding purposes.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and university relations is a plus.
